• Training of international human rights and civil society organizations in the effective use of the Internet and in the more up-to-date technologies available
• Training on Web 2.0 technologies, citizen journalism and social networking
• Training on communication rights and privacy and security issues
• Training journalists on best online journalism practices
• Training judges on internet technologies to enable them to understand the technology and therefore make better judgments regarding internet-related cases including copyright infringements and intellectual property issues as well as censorship issues
• Training on maximizing the use of the Internet for non-profit organizations
• Training in web development, and the use of new technologies
• Consulting services regarding NGO strategic plans.
• Web design, implementation and development at no cost for eligible organizations. We encourage the use of content management systems such as Drupal and Joomla.
• Expand in new regions to provide ICT training
• Create an internet-based hub that would be central in disseminating best practices for the use of technologies
• Create web-based curricula that would help even those unable to gain access to our training workshops understand how to use the web more effectively

• Nonprofit organizations whose principles agree with the principles upon which Virtual Activism was founded. Those principles include belief in freedom of expression, freedom of belief, democracy, human rights, and women's rights.
• Nonprofit organizations located anywhere in the world, provided that they have low budgets and could not afford to pay for web design.
• Nonprofit organizations whose work involves rights-related or development-related activities and whose principles agree with the principles upon which Virtual Activism was founded.
• Individuals conducting campaigns for liberal and democratic causes.
• Virtual Activism will not provide services to any organization or individual that promote hatred, hate speech, discrimination based on race, gender or religion.
• Virtual Activism reserves the right to deny its services to anyone without providing reasons for its denial.
• Virtual Activism reserves the right terminate its partnership and services with any organization or individual without providing reasons for doing so.
